Store Management

Assistant Managers will have the potential to qualify for store management in as little as 6 to 9 months. RadioShack has excellent career opportunities available for individuals who display a high energy level, self-motivation and the desire to succeed. As an Assistant Manager, you are focused on developing the skills to become a Store Manager. Our Management Training Program is geared toward your individual needs and professional development. You will be provided with interactive training, which will include classroom seminars, broadcasts from the RadioShack Home Office, presentations by management covering most facets of store operations, and training meetings held by the District Manager.

Requirements:
The minimum eligibility requirements for consideration into the program include:
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Must be reliable and have high personal integrity
• Flexible work schedule & assignment location

All applicants must meet one of the following criteria in addition to the eligibility requirements above:
• Associate Degree or higher
• 4+ years military experience
• 1 year Retail Management experience
• 2 years retail related work experience
• 1 year RadioShack experience
