I have managed systems design, systems integration, installation, and "bring up" of digital television stations and special electronic warfare systems (in the defense business). Almost all of my installations have been at overseas sites: Norway, Denmark, Turkey, India, Britain, Rome, and Bogota Colombia. I have had to manage foreign subcontractors to support my programs: Fokker in the Netherlands, CANAL PLUS and Thomson in France, WaveCom in Canada, and Harmonic Israel. I have a BA in Mathematics and Economics, an MSEE, and an MBA. So how can I help you with your goals and plans?
