We do not allow anyone to randomly search our member resume database.
We do offer recruiters the opportunity to use our Resume Matching Service
. Recruiters will provide us with their candidate requirements. We will then search our member’s resumes to find qualified candidates and if your resume is selected as qualified, we will ask your permission to submit your resume to the recruiter for their consideration.
For this reason, the system does require a text version of your resume to be copied and pasted into the text box (to make it searchable) in addition to the optional upload of your pdf copy you can forward to companies.
